In the UK and the EU a trader has to give a real geographic address and a working contact route before checkout, and this footer is where shoppers look for it. A competitor in this category was caught showing a San Francisco address while returns went to China — that single detail is what turned their reviews from "poor product" into "scam".

Use the real entity name and the real address. If you use a mail forwarding suite, say so rather than dressing it as an office.
